What We Offer

WHO WE ARE

Aim 121 CIC Projects is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting families, young individuals, and the broader community. Led by community leaders, the organisation strives to promote positive development and address the unique needs of those it serves. We focus on assisting individuals who may face challenges integrating into society or have experienced difficult circumstances, ensuring access to tailored, high-quality services.

At the community level, Aim 121 CIC Projects offers a range of initiatives, including conferences, seminars, safeguarding training sessions, and retreats. These programmes are designed to benefit both participants and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports personal growth and community engagement.

WHAT WE DO

Our mission is to continuously develop innovative projects and programmes tailored to address the evolving needs of young people. We aim to create inspiring opportunities for local youth and their families, fostering growth and empowerment within the community. By establishing meaningful partnerships with both local and national organisations, we strive to enhance the impact of our initiatives.

We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by actively listening to young people’s perspectives and responding promptly to their feedback. Our efforts focus on supporting young individuals to stay engaged in education or internships, cultivate entrepreneurial skills, and contribute positively during their free time and within their communities.

Additionally, we emphasise the importance of financial literacy by encouraging responsible money management and exploring avenues for financial support. Recognising the vital role of families, we also seek to provide resources and assistance to parents and caregivers in supporting their children effectively.

OUR AIM

AIM121 is committed to empowering young people and their families by fostering environments where they can thrive both physically and emotionally. Currently supporting over 100 young individuals and their families, AIM121 aims to expand its reach and sustain its impactful support across communities.  The organisation equips parents and caregivers with tools to create nurturing spaces that enable young people to achieve their full potential. Through practical, social, and emotional support, AIM121 seeks to strengthen family bonds, foster healthy friendships, enhance self-confidence, and help individuals recognise their capabilities. This comprehensive approach not only nurtures happier and more resilient young people but also inspires a ripple effect of positivity within the community, encouraging others to follow suit.
